Consiste en una serie de ejercicios escritos y meditaciones para abrazarte a ti mismo tal cual eres, desprenderte de etiquetas y prejuicios, vivir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del qu\u00e9 dir\u00e1n y honrar los momentos y sus cambios frequentes. Lo estoy haciendo de forma muy gradual, como te lo pide el libro. Un ejercicio al d\u00eda, cada dos d\u00edas, cada semana, conforme lo pida el instinto.<\/p><p>El primer ejercicio es hacer una carta a tus imperfecciones. Para comenzar, te dejo una postal imperfecta de la Presa La Boca en Santiago, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, donde mi marido y yo estamos pasando las vacaciones de semana santa.
