Do it for Her is my newsletter since 2023. It was originally on Substack, but I've moved it here to have more freedom.
Here I write about exploring my own journey through recovering my self and rediscovering my true being through creativity, honesty and love for life and nature at body, mind, and spirit.
Whenever I can, I share a poem, short story, or small personal essay, as well as recommendations and curious observations.
